my personality, however, is full of happiness and glee. im am quite a joyful person and im always looking to make someone laugh. my usual expression is a smile in my lips as well as my eyes. i am truly happy most of the time.
my writing does not reflect that whatsoever. i believe i have written maybe one happy poem, but that is it. whenever i intent on writing a happy poem, it seems as though the main character gets hurt or someone leaves the other.
what i am trying to say, is that for me, and possibly other writers, what you feel like writing isn't always what you truly feel like on the inside. you could be engulfed in happiness, but feel like writing a poem about someone's loss.
